WHAT TO EXPECT IN BARRE CLASS

Barre takes the best of ballet, pilates and fitness and fuses them together into a fun, full body workout.

Expect a flowing class that’s designed to build strength and endurance by working through all ranges of motion. Think big moves all the way down to tiny pulses and and static holds.

You’ll use a ballet barre for extra support and balance and may also use small props like hand weights and pilates balls.
